Mou3alem provides online tutoring for families in Lebanon. This page explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.
Who we are
Mou3alem is an independent online tutoring service. It is not a school and is not affiliated with the Lebanese Ministry of Education or with any other tutoring brand. Contact: mou3alemlb@gmail.com · +961 76 077 093.
Information we collect
When a parent or student uses the contact or booking forms, we may receive:
- Name and contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Student grade level and school programme (Lebanese curriculum or French educational stream)
- Subject needs and a short description of the request
- Preferred session times
Tutor applications may also include a CV or similar file submitted through the Join Us form. Website technical logs (such as IP address) may be stored for security and to operate the booking calendar.
How we use it
We use this information only to:
- Reply to inquiries and arrange online sessions
- Match a student with a suitable teacher
- Schedule sessions and send access instructions
- Share progress notes with the parent who requested tutoring
- Review tutor applications
We do not sell student or family information. We do not publish children’s names, school names, grades, or photos in marketing or reviews.
Where messages go
Families often contact us by WhatsApp, email, or the website form. Those channels are operated by their providers. Do not send extra documents (IDs, report cards, medical notes) unless we specifically ask for something needed to plan sessions.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and booking records are kept only as long as needed to deliver tutoring, handle scheduling, or meet a legal requirement. You may ask us to update or delete a family record by emailing mou3alemlb@gmail.com.
Sessions
Lessons are live 1:1 video sessions. We do not record sessions unless a parent has been told in advance and has agreed.
